VBPL and IM - Thing 12

I love that we are doing IM at VBPL. Cindy worked very very hard to make this happen and I am delighted. It is another way to add service to a customer population that may not take advantage of our more traditional resources. I also love that some of my most senior librarians are the first ones to jump in and do IMing for CL! I feel that we are at least in the 21st century with the addition of this service
